6th Annual Banquet Dinner at Dynasty Restaurant, 29th October 2004 |

Members and guests joined the Rt. Hon the Lord Mayor of Bristol, Councillor Simon Cook and other VIPs to celebrate our Sister City success with Guangzhou and our 6th Anniversary of the Bristol China Partnership at the Dynasty Restaurant, St Thomas Street, Bristol. The Lord Mayor, the Chairman and other VIP delivered a few words of encouragement to mark the success of Bristol China Partnership for the last six years. The highlight of the evening was the superb entertainment provided by Chinese Musicians. |

Members and guests enjoyed a Dynasty mouth-watering Banquet consisting, for Starters, King Prawn Toast, Deep Fried Won Ton, Crispy Seaweed, Crispy Pancake Roll and Spare Ribs; and for Second Course, Crispy Aromatic Duck (Served with Shredded Cucumber, Shredded Leek, Pancakes and Hoi Sin Sauce); and for Main Courses, Crispy Lemon Chicken, Stir Fried Chinese Vegetables, Beef with Green Pepper in Black Bean Sauce, Crispy Pork and Honey Roast Pork, King Prawns with Cashew Nuts in Bird’s Nest and Yeung Chow Fried Rice. |
